Returns

Unopened, undamaged products can be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Live fish, birds, and perishable items (fresh treats, opened food bags) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
